The 2023 QB rankings feature the highest star ratings for every quarterback prospect who was given at least 3 stars by 247Sports, On3, Rivals (dual threat, pro style) and ESPN (dual threat, pro style). This page will be updated whenever a quarterback commits and as the four major recruiting services adjust their 2023 QB rankings. 147 high school quarterbacks are rated as 3-5 star prospects by at least one site for the class of 2023, and 98 of them are uncommitted.
