Bracketology 3/16/19

One more day

Yesterday morning I breezed right through my top 68 and seeded teams no problem. Today, not so much. Everyone is beginning to look the same. And not in a good way. Teams inside the NET and KenPom top-50 have very little wins to show for it. Those who rank well in my adjusted winning percentage have some terrible road losses. Many have really good wins, but just as many bad defeats. All the mid-majors are starting to look the same. And the teams from power-conferences just couldn’t quite put together any major winning streaks.

We are crowning 14 conference Tournament champions today. The MAC and the Mountain West could both be bid-stealers. The Pac-12 could be if you believe two teams are coming out of that conference and the Big East if you’re not sold on Seton Hall yet. Let’s enjoy the second-to-the-last day of college hoops before the Tournament starts.

As always, Deceptive Speed’s Bracketology is part of the Bracket Matrix.
