It’s week 8 in the college football season but Temple football is playing its third game of the season (1-1) and Memphis is playing its fourth (1-2). The Temple Owls are looking for their first road win of the season after winning their home opener last week against USF 39-37. Tough Loss for UCF football vs. Memphis
UCF football and Memphis played a wild game Saturday night in which the Knights fell short 50-49. Memphis came back by scoring 21 fourth-quarter points to make a comeback. UCF has not lost two consecutive games since the end of the 2016 season, and this is Memphis’ first win over the UCF since Sept. 22, 1990. This game had 1,503 yards of total offense. UCF quarterback Dillon Gabriel set a school record with 601 passing yards, five touchdowns, adding two long plays of 85 and 93 yards.
