The Early Signing Period has come and gone with the next signing period about a month away on Feb. 3. In between, teams across the country are still battling for the final pieces of their 2021 recruiting class. Some of the best players in the entire country have yet to commit to a school, and many will do just that on Saturday, Jan. 2 in the All-American Bowl.
The actual game has been canceled due to COVID-19, but instead the annual event will feature nine players expected to announce their commitments. This includes the highest-ranked recruit in the 2021 class, according to the 247Sports Composite, with Korey Foreman.
Other players who will be committing on Saturday include 5 stars Tristan Leigh and Terrence Lewis, 4 stars Ceyair Wright, Elijah Jeudy, Wynden Ho’ohuli and Jardin Hilbert, and 3-star prospects Deonte Anderson and Armon Bethea.
The show can be seen at 3 p.m. ET and is being televised on NBC.
Let’s get to know a little more about the nation’s top recruit.
Korey Foreman Recruiting bio
Foreman is from Corona, California and attends Centennial High School. He is a 5-star defensive end and stands at 6-foot-4 and 265 pounds.
Offer list
Foreman has scholarship offers from all the top college football programs you’d expect. He’s been offered by Alabama, Arizona, Arizona State, Auburn, Clemson, Colorado, Georgia, LSU, Miami, Nebraska, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Oregon State, Penn State, Sam Houston State, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Utah State, Vanderbilt, Washington, Washington State, Texas A&M, UCLA and USC.
Top schools
On Dec. 11, Foreman listed the top five schools he’s considering in an Instagram post with Georgia, Clemson, LSU, Arizona State and USC still in the mix. Earlier this summer on Twitter, he included Oregon, Alabama and Howard in his top seven and did not have Arizona State.

Highlights
Where’s he headed?
Foreman appears to be the headed to the USC Trojans, and that’s where both 247Sports and Rivals have him going. This would be a massive get for Clay Helton to win the Korey Foreman recruiting battle as he looks to recover from a 2020 class that ranked 64th in the country according to the 247Sports Composite team rankings. Currently, the Trojans are ranked 14th with 19 commits in the 2021 class, and Foreman would be the first 5 star in the group.
