HOSKINS, Nebraska – I am writer, Aaron Bonderson. I will be writing for the Auburn Tigers’ page on DeceptiveSpeed.com.

My family and I hail from the Cornhusker State, more commonly known as Nebraska. Norfolk, Nebraska is the town where I went to high school. I grew up roughly 10 miles north of there. Norfolk is about a two-hour drive northwest of Omaha.

I am currently a junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). I am studying Sports Media and Communications with a minor in Broadcasting. Also, I am a proud member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity here on the UNL campus.

This past summer, I worked at a local radio station. At that job, I wrote and recorded news, recorded commercials and much more. Additionally, I am working remotely with the station this fall. Currently, I am at home recovering from COVID-19 if you can believe that. The rest of my stories will be coming from my room down in Lincoln.

My family regards the Cornhuskers of Nebraska very highly, but when I was growing up, I acquired an affinity for the Auburn Tigers. I have since grown out of that adolescent love a little bit, although a part of me still loves the Auburn Tigers. It is almost like a dream to be writing for my favorite childhood team, and I cannot wait to get after it! WAR EAGLE!
