Hey everyone, my name is Liam McKnight and I’ll be covering all things Penn State football and men’s basketball this year. With the uncertainty of the Big Ten playing its season, I’ll also cover the Heisman Trophy race for those who are playing the 2020 college football season. I am currently a junior at Penn State University majoring in Public Relations with a minor in Sport Studies. I’m a die-hard Philly 4 for 4 sports fan through the good, the bad and the ugly. When I’m not talking or watching sports, I love to listen to music, play golf, go to the beach and just hang out with the boys.
I think everyone is super upset this season isn’t under normal circumstances. From conferences cancelling, to top prospects opting out, this is not what I had anticipated six months ago. But with that being said, football is finally back and I couldn’t be more excited, even if it will be a little weird. The only thing that is certain in 2020 is nobody knows what’s going to happen. Will college football make it the whole season without shutting everything down? I hope so, but no one really knows what to expect.
Throughout the season I’ll be publishing articles on Heisman race updates and my predictions for who can and will win. Come back to my page for scorching hot takes, questionable gambling picks and whatever else that’s on my mind.
Also, you cannot convince me that Penn State wasn’t going to be in this year’s College Football Playoff and Micah Parsons wouldn’t be a Heisman finalist. That is all. We Are and Go Birds.
