When will sports be back? April 20, 2020

When will sports be back? College football? What about college hoops? It’s the daily question on our minds at Deceptive Speed and yours as well. Our daily updates will go up every morning, bringing you the latest coronavirus sports news, opinions and data.

When will sports be back? We were given very little on Sunday with one minor MLB update. Hardly anyone of note gave a ridiculously uninformed opinion, which is very disappointing. To reporters, athletes, coaches and anyone else somewhat relevant, please make declarative statements on when the season comes back so we can have something to talk about. We will either back you for your opinion if we agree or bash you to the high heavens if we disagree. That’s how this works.

MLB

The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal reports MLB is working with a former official at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as its lead medical consultant.
