Hello readers! My name is Derian Coleman, and I am a fourth year communications & conflict major at the University of Central Florida with a minor in mass media communication. Though I was born in South Florida, my journey started in Cincinnati, Ohio before ultimately moving home to Miami Gardens where I developed a deep love for the game of football.
Watching guys like Dalvin Cook, Duke Johnson and Tracy Howard as well as hearing about players like Allen Hurns, playing street ball just wasn’t enough. I started playing organized football in middle school, and my love for the game continued to grow. My playing years ended mid-college for me, but my passion for football still deeply remains.
