With high school football in Washington, D.C. being postponed to the spring, five-star Oklahoma Sooners quarterback commit Caleb Williams made the move to Norman, Oklahoma for good to start integrating into the Oklahoma football program. This is according to his blog for Sports Illustrated. Hearing of a commit coming in the spring before his freshman year is something pretty common if he is a high ranked prospect. However, it is not very common that you hear of a commit going to his future college as early as the fall before the freshman year. However, the decision that Williams made to come this early in the year was not an easy one to make. The Washington, D.C. area making the decision to postpone

Oklahoma football: Sooners take down TCU
This past Saturday, Oklahoma football headed down to Fort Worth in hopes of proving to the college football world it is not a letdown team this year. With both the Sooners and the TCU Horned Frogs having Texas as their only conference win, it was a toss up going into the weekend. However, stepping onto the field this weekend we saw a much more energized and excited Sooner football squad than we have since the season opener. Coming off of a win and into the bye week, Oklahoma football seemed to capitalize on a lot of the major issues it continued to face throughout the season. We also can't go a Sooner football game without talking about true freshman Marvin Mims. Mims
Oklahoma football: Sooners get a much-needed road win
Oklahoma football was on the road in Fort Worth this weekend, and it did not disappoint. The Sooners beat the TCU Horned Frogs 33-14, a much needed statement win on the road. Oklahoma looked solid and organized from the start playing a lot better on both sides of the ball. It has been said all season about this Sooners team that it is young and inexperienced in certain positions. Yesterday, the Sooners looked like the Sooners everyone was expecting at the beginning of the season with a few mistakes here and there. Oklahoma also did not turn the ball over yesterday, which had been a problem in there previous games. Offense This Oklahoma offense is on the verge of something we have been
Texas Football vs. Baylor Preview
After a bye week and two consecutive losses, Texas football is back on the field. It will resume this season against Baylor this Saturday. Let's break down the matchup between these teams. Texas Offense The problems this season haven’t come from the offense. It’s been a backbone for the team this year and is the main reason Texas has two wins so far. Sam Ehlinger has been tremendous this season. He did have two turnovers against Oklahoma two weeks ago but other than that, he's had a respectable season. Ehlinger has had 1,211 passing yards with 16 touchdowns and four interceptions. He’s also the Longhorns leading rusher with 242 rushing yards on 50 carries and five touchdowns. Those are nearly Heisman level numbers
Kansas State football: The history of the K-State/Kansas rivalry
On Oct. 24, the Kansas State Wildcats face the Kansas Jayhawks in the Sunflower Showdown, the annual matchup between the two schools. The series began in 1902 with a matchup each season since 1911. The Wildcats own a 48-64-5 all-time record against their in-state rival, but have found much more success in recent years. Early on, Kansas dominated the series. The Jayhawks won each of the first four matchups and 17 of the first 19, with a 6-4 Kansas State win in 1906 and a scoreless tie in 1916 the two exceptions. After ties in 1922 and 1923, Kansas State beat its in-state rival for the second time with a 6-0 victory in 1924. The 1924 win marked the first of four
Oklahoma Football: Back on the road
After its five-hour Red River Rivalry and a bye week, Oklahoma football is headed to Fort Worth, Texas to take on Gary Patterson and the TCU Horned Frogs. For Oklahoma to win this game, it needs to fix a couple things. Offense For this Sooners offense, they are finding their rhythm and Spencer Rattler, who is only a freshman and has played outstanding with a turnover problem that will be fixed overtime. If this offense can minimize turnovers this weekend and get points of Gary Patterson's tough and aggressive defense, they should win this game. Since the 2019 season, Oklahoma turned the ball over nearly 30 times leading up to this weekend's game. No matter how good you are this does not make it
Oklahoma football heads to Fort Worth
This weekend, Oklahoma football is heading back down south once again this time to take on the TCU Horned Frogs in Fort Worth. This weekend's game against TCU is a pivotal moment for the Oklahoma football program in multiple ways. Coming into the game 2-2, the Sooners need to win on the sheer fact that without a win this year the Sooners will once again be sitting on a losing record for the second time this season. The biggest problem for the Sooners this weekend? TCU is the only other football program to take down Texas this year. Not only did TCU hand Texas its only other loss of the season so far, but it was able to do it in regulation

College Football: NFL Draft prospects to watch week 8
The slate of games is not as strong last week, but there are plenty of top prospects taking the field on week 8. Here's a look at players to keep an eye on as these games unfold. Illinois vs. Wisconsin Josh Imatorbhebhe, WR – Illinois Isaiahh Loudermilk, IDL – Wisconsin Josh Imatorbhebhe does not get the looks of some the big-name receivers in the Big Ten, but he should as a true No. 1 for an Illinois team on the rise. Imatorbhebhe is aggressive and physical at the catch point often outmuscling defensive backs at the top of his routes to generate separation and win in contested catch situations. He lacks a second gear and will need to continue to improve his route running
Oklahoma football: Will Spencer Rattler start against TCU?
Coming off its second bye week of the year, Oklahoma football has taken the week to continue to build off of its first conference win against Texas two weeks ago. The one thing that seems to still leave some Oklahoma football fans confused is who we will be seeing controlling the Sooner offense this upcoming weekend in Fort Worth. On Saturday, the Oklahoma football will be heading to Fort Worth to take on TCU, the one other team that was able to take down the Texas so far this season. While the Sooners are coming off of a win, some are still worried as the team heads down south. This is specifically due to the fact that Sooner head coach Lincoln
